Our Vision 

We are a welcoming Reform congregation in Northern Virginia that offers many Jewish paths for members to do the holy and spiritual work of enriching self, family,  community, and for repairing the world (tikkun olam). 

Our vision is to create a sense of belonging through transformative Reform Jewish living and learning.

Our Mission

Guided by Torah and the values of our tradition, Temple B’nai Shalom is a Reform Jewish Synagogue dedicated to nurturing and sustaining a congregation of life-long learning, prayer, and social responsibility.

As a caring community, we are committed to supporting the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and religious needs of each member of our Temple Family.

We accept our responsibility to share these ideals with the greater community in support of the Reform movement.
